Our client is Australia’s premier remote staffing provider with a satellite office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. They are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to welcome to their team with the below requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on with ITOps including research, costing, system selection, setup and
  
• Management of dev, staging, and product hosting infrastructure. 
  
• Lead and design the platform architecture for the client’s new platform
  
• Create overall technology standards and best practices for managing a version-controlled development environment
  
• Lead and develop the required backend and middleware, web portal for an MVP launch
  
• Work with the CEO and other contributors across the organization such as Marketing,
  
• Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and Enhancement
  
• Represent the technological agenda in leadership meetings and be responsible for the delivery of all software, including velocity and quality. 
  
• Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
  

• Strong understanding of Communication APIs like Twilio, Zoom, or similar.
  
• A proven track record of leadership in areas of technology and product with a clear vision of what a successful Product, Design, and Engineering organization look like and how to achieve it.
  
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, including fluent English. 
  
• Excellent front-end development skills with ReactJS, HTML, CSS
  
• Excellent back-end development using NodeJS with microservices architecture. 
  
• Full-stack developer with skills that include AWS, MySQL & MongoDB, or similar
  
• Release management functionality with GIT, Jira, Confluence 
  
• Previous working experience as a full-stack and front-end developer for a minimum of 5 Years. 
  
• A strong education in Computer Science or a similar relevant field. 
  
• In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development
  
• Hands-on experience with complex project management
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Proactive problem solver.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AWS and IT system
