Our client, a remote staffing partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to add value to their Australian client base. 

Tasks and Responsibilities;

• Lead and design the platform architecture for the client’s new platform
  
• Create overall technology standards and best practices for managing version-controlled development environments
  
• Get hands-on with ITOps including research, costing, system selection, setup, and management of dev, staging, and product hosting infrastructure
  
• Lead and develop the required backend and middleware, web portal for a MVP launch
  
• Work with the CEO and other contributors across the organization such as Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
  
• Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
  
• Represent the technological agenda in leadership meetings and be responsible for the delivery of all software, including velocity and quality
  

Mandatory Skills;

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, including fluent English
  
• Excellent front-end development skills with ReactJS, HTML, and CSS
  
• Excellent back-end development using NodeJS with microservices architecture 
  
• Full-stack developer with skills that include AWS, MySQL & MongoDB, or similar
  
• Release management functionality with GIT, Jira, Confluence 
  
• Strong understanding of Communication APIs like Twilio, Zoom, or similar
  
• A proven track record of leadership in areas of technology and product with a clear vision of what a successful Product, Design, and Engineering organization looks like and how to achieve it
  
• Previous working experience as a full-stack and front-end developer for a minimum of 5 years
  
• A strong education in Computer Science or a similar relevant field
  
• In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development
  
• Hands-on experience with complex project management
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  
• Proactive problem solver
  
• Attention to details
  

Preferred Skills;

• Experience working with AWS and IT system
