Our Client is looking for a Tech Lead- Java with the below requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of application modeling with UML, design patterns, and SOA.
  
• Expertise in JEE technologies particularly Spring and Hibernate.
  
• Experience in database design and development with MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
  
• Experience in MVC Frameworks (Spring MVC, JSF).
  
• Experience in application servers and web containers particularly Tomcat / JBoss / WebLogic.  
  
• Experience in Web Services, SOAP, XML, REST.
  
• ‘Hands-on’ experience on Test Driven Development.
  
• A good understanding of Maven/Ant based continues to build systems and automation with source control tools such as SVN/GIT/CVS.
  
• Prior experience working in an agile environment using Scrum methodology. 
  
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior members of a team.
  
• Experience managing set standards of a project/conduct frequent reviews.
  

Optional Skills:

• Experience in Node.Js, React.Js and React Native.
  
• Experience in Domain-Driven Design.  
  
• Experience in NoSQL/Big data.  
  
• Knowledge in Grails. 
  

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or any other related degree.
  
• 5 – 7 years of Industry experience. 
  
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
