User experience design (UX) is the process of enhancing user satisfaction.

It is well recognized that component of interaction design is an essential part of user experience design. This design includes elements such as interaction design, information architecture, user research, and other disciplines. User experience design encompasses traditional HCI design and extends it by addressing all aspects of a product or service as perceived by users. Find-ability is the most critical success factor for information architecture. Thus a product by improving its accessibility and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product. Structuring is reducing information to its basic building units and then relating them to each other.

UX designers’ main goal is to solve the end-users’ problems, and thus the ability to communicate the design to stakeholders and developers is critical to the ultimate success of the design.

Again this is very important and the total user experience is an even broader concept.
